“Better be deprived of food for three days, than tea for one” – Ancient Chinese proverb
Tea is the worlds favourite drink after water.
It is simple to brew, there’ a wide choice of types and flavours and it is good for health.
As a child, I was brought up in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong where tea was a major beverage.
There was not just black tea, as is common in the UK, but also green, white, red, Oolong and Pu Erh teas.
Tea and alcohol free wines, beers and cocktails are a great way to relax and enjoy life without alcohol.
This section of the site will be dedicated to the world of tea and as the site was only launched on 5 November, 2016 it may take a bit of time for content to build up.
